Msgr. Bill will retire on June 1, 2025He faithfully served in the archdiocese for 55 years. We are planning some fun events to celebrate him and to say thank you for his generosity in serving the people of God.
The retirement events are open to everyone who would like to join us.
On Saturday, May 17, following the 5:00 pm Mass, we are hosting a Picnic Under the Pavilion. Please join us. Plan to enjoy a brisket sandwich, or a hot dog along with all the trimmings. We will also serve side dishes. An added bonus to the menu will be one of Msgr.’s favorites, Root Beer Floats!
Please bring your lawn chairs and plan to stay for an evening of fun and fellowship. There will be a DJ to offer entertainment for all age groups.
On Sunday, May 18, we will host a reception after every Mass. We will serve light refreshments. The Sunday Masses will be per our usual schedule: 7:00 am, 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, and 5:00 pm.

Help us create an appreciation bulletinWe are trying to keep this as a surprise for Msgr. Please don't tell him this is planned.
We would like to produce an Appreciation Bulletin for Msgr. Bill. He has touched many lives and opened doors to deepen the faith of so many people. This special bulletin would be available on his last weekend in the parish, May 31, - June 1.
We need your help to make this happen. Please submit notes of appreciation, funny stories, or thank you notes. These can be sent from: individuals, families, groups, ministries, or people he touched years ago or those who are currently being enriched by him and his priestly ministry.
