Estanislao "Tano" Tovilla recently relocated from Southwest Kansas to Houston, Texas, to support his wife in pursuing her dream job. With over 30 years of experience in the corporate world across various industries, Tano's most recent role was Vice President of Operations at Memorial Hospital in Oklahoma.
Originally from Mexico City, Tano spent his early years living in different parts of Mexico and abroad in Venezuela, Spain, and Morocco before returning to Mexico City to complete his undergraduate degree at UNAM. He earned his MBA from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, in 2001 and subsequently moved to the United States to advance his professional career. Over the years, Tano has held leadership positions in the food production, healthcare, and education sectors. Fluent in both Spanish and English, he excels at building strong connections with a diverse clientele and partners, fostering effective communication across cultures.
Now a proud American citizen, Tano has been married to his wife Patricia since 1995. They have two children: Emilio, a recent graduate from the law school at the University of Cincinnati, and Ana, who is currently pursuing a degree in nursing at a local University. Tano is also a 3rd-degree member of the Knights of Columbus.
Looking ahead, Tano dreams of one day spoiling his future grandchildren, enjoying retirement, and playing plenty of golf. While he misses the camaraderie and excitement of playing American football in college, he now embraces golf for its challenges and its ability to relieve stress.
